Vitamin D, other everyday vitamins could counter coronavirus effects

Studies reveal nine out of 10 COVID-19 deaths could have been prevented if people had adequate Vitamin D levels

.....He stressed everyone should think of boosting their immune systems using four different supplements – Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc and Quercetin, a natural bioflavonoid that opens up the cells in your body so zinc can get inside, the FOX 26 report said.

Remember though, continuous high doses of vitamin D can cause damage to the kidneys. So after defeating the corona virus, you want to quickly go back to taking just the normal daily requirement of vitamin D.

Through experimentation with my diet over the years, I have found that eating shellfish is a great way to fight off colds and flu, and lessen its harmful effects. Scallops happen to be my personal favorite.

Shellfish are a good source of zinc, and there are other factors in shellfish that fight off these particular germs.

Consuming shellfish as a regular staple in your diet, isn't a good idea for various overall health reasons. However when a cold or flu is attempting to ravage my body, I switch my diet to basically shellfish, organic vegetables, bottled water, and increased vitamin intake including those vitamins mentioned in the article.

I've enjoyed tremendous success for many years with this basic cold and flu fighting strategy.

Yes the corona virus is a bit different than a normal cold or flu. However the biology and transmission of these germs is somewhat similar, and so the mentioned strategy should also work with the corona virus.

It's very important to understand that proper diet and maintaining your body to be as healthy as possible, will help keep your immune system strong. Which is the fundamental foundation necessary to fight off these invading germs.

Sorry to be blunt, but if your diet is poor, and you smoke cigarettes or indulge in alcohol or recreational drugs, that will precipitously decrease your chances of successfully fighting off and recovering from this corona virus and other disease as well.
