I completely agree with the premise of the article. For example, I quit consuming these unhealthy foods over twenty years ago, and haven't had a single headache since then.

Growing up, my Mom used to always have plenty of cola drinks in the refrigerator such as Pepsi or Coke, and often drank it during the day. She always complained about terrible migraine headaches. One day after I became a bit knowledgeable about nutrition, I told her to quit drinking the soda, she listened, and her migraine headaches completely went away.

Basically the headache pain in this situation is your body's way of telling you to stop ingesting these type of substances. Similar to a stomach ache telling you to stop eating too much, or at least stop eating a certain type of food.

Even better news is that when you begin eating healthy, not only can the pain from headaches and stomach aches go away, but other pain such as arthritis may be relieved as well.
