Melania Trump steps into political spotlight at RNC, Giuliani electrifies crowd

Melania Trump and her introduction by the presumptive Republican nominee may have been the long-awaited highlight — but it was pointed attacks on Hillary Clinton that included the mother of one of the Benghazi terror attack victims that set the tone Monday for the weeklong convention in Cleveland.

Tremendous opening night. Great pro-Trump speeches. Great anti-Hillary speeches.

The differences between the McCain convention and Romney convention, versus this Trump convention are the viscous attacks on Hillary, and this is exactly what we need to do.

McCain and Romney were way too nice to Barack Hussein Obama in the 2008 and 2012 campaigns. McCain may have had some bad luck with the economy tanking in late 2008, but Romney had no excuses in 2012. Romney turned out to be a powder puff candidate, and powder puffs do not win US presidential elections.

We've got some good momentum going, and we are off to a great start. We will get our Republican Party unified, and do what we need to do to defeat Hillary Clinton, and that includes not being nice to her.
